Returns & Exchanges

We accept returned products up to 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason.

Items returned must be in the original packaging to get credit. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipment back to the warehouse. Clearance items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

If any item you received is defective or damaged we will exchange the item at no cost to you. 

To start a return or to replace a defective item contact us via email at with your order number(s) and quantity or each product you'd like to return.

We will email you back with further instructions within 48 hours (weekdays only). Please do not return items without contacting us first as all returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number.
