Knob Depot works directly with these manufacturers with the products being shipped directly to you from the warehouse. Hear more about our story.

There is no hard and fast rule for determining what size handles you should use on your cabinetry. Generally, longer handles will look good on taller cabinets and shorter handles on short cabinets and narrow drawers. The ultimate decision will be based upon how nice the final arrangement will look. If possible, it is always a good idea to consult either your installer or your kitchen designer to make sure the sizes you have selected will not interfere with the function of the cabinets once installed or conflict with adjacent appliances.

Most manufacturers offer matching Backplates to be installed beneath the new hardware, thereby hiding one or more of the old holes from view.  Check out our collection of Backplates here.

Yes! We do offer special discounts to builders and customers who need to make large purchases. Please reach out directly to us at sales@knobdepot.com and we will be happy to evaluate if you qualify. 

We sell products that are made by top manufacturers in cabinet and bathroom hardware and our orders ship directly from their warehouses and come from different locations across the United States. Most orders only take 1-2 days to process and get shipped from the warehouses. Orders do not get processed on weekends or major holidays. 

Orders that contain items from multiple manufacturers may receive multiple tracking numbers as items can be shipped from multiple warehouses. Our standard group shipping can take 1-6 days to arrive once they are shipped. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout. 

KnobDepot offers free ground shipping (U.S. only) on orders over $45 for each manufacturer.

A flat shipping fee of $7.50 will apply on orders under $45 for each manufacturer.

Expedited shipping is available for all manufacturers and will be calculated at checkout.

Items that are marked Clearance have a flat ground shipping fee based on the number of clearance items purchase: 1-25 items: $9.95 | 26-50 items: $12.95 | 51-100 items: $15.95 | Over 100 items: $19.95.

*We do not accept any delivery addresses to P.O. Boxes.

Your order number can be found on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you've created an account on our website, you can find it there as well.

Once all or part of your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification via email. The email will have complete details of which items were shipped and will include any tracking numbers. If you have an account with us, you will also be able to find this information there. If you're having trouble tracking your order or viewing the current status feel free to shoot us a note via email at sales@knobdepot.com

We try to ship our orders out as soon as possible but sometimes we are able to modify or cancel an order before it ships. If you feel the need to make a change or cancel your order please contact us right away via email at sales@knobdepot.com.

To start a return or to replace a defective item contact us via email at sales@knobdepot.com with your order number(s) and quantity or each product you'd like to return. We will email you back with further instructions within 48 hours (weekdays only). 

We accept returned products up to 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason. Items returned must be in the original packaging to get credit. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipment back to the warehouse. Clearance items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

If any item you received is defective or damaged we will exchange the item at no cost to you.
